Anger Triggers

When it comes to me being angry, there are numerous things that get me going. Often, I do not express my anger that much. If it is something minor, I will let it slide and maybe say a few things, but I won't explode. The few things that get me very angry, I will let you know that I'm angry. I will be the one voicing my opinion on the situation.
The most angry I will get it is when I am telling the truth about something, but someone is still accusing me of lying. I am not known as someone who will take everything serious, but when it comes down to it, I flip a switch. So whenever, I know I am telling the truth, not everybody believes me all the time. Those people really grind my gears. I have a thing about when everything I am dealing with is unorganized. I like to know what is going on, who is doing what, and where it will be taking place. I might burst if everything is just completely falling apart.
For the most part, I am pretty calm when it comes to containing my anger. If I am pushed to the edge, I will let my anger out and how I really feel shall be seen. The last thing I'll rant on about that really makes me angry, is losing. All of my life I have been competitive in everything I do. I have always been that kid in gym class that needs to win. It is just a self-satisfaction type of thing for myself. I give it all my all in whatever I attempt and it often works out in my favor. I put in hard work day in and day out hoping for it to all pay off. People say winning isn't everything, but whoever said that was obviously a loser. Winning makes me happy. Losing makes me angry.
I have never really even thought about a strategy to contain my anger. Most people have breathing techniques and talk to themselves, but that has never been me. I am a laid-back, calm, and collected type of guy. I have always been good at keeping it inside of me until I felt it needed to come out. I've naturally been able to keep it bottled up inside. I have never uncontrollably struck out at someone with anger. I have always controlled my outbursts and made sure they have been to a certain extent. If you need to know how to keep your anger in or have problems with it, just vent. If you tell people your problems and what is stressing you out, you will not feel so caged in. People never express their issues and they have a sort of built up anger inside of them just waiting to burst. It is always a good way to let people know how you are feeling. Just sit down and have a talk with those who are close with you and it will all be fine.
